NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 54 units. CushWake has arranged the sale of Hawthorne Heights, a 54-unit BTR community in Bentonville, Arkansas. Safe Harbor acquired the property from an undisclosed seller. CushWake’s Martin Bynum, Cole Herget, Craig Hey, and Parker Caldwell handled the transaction.

FINANCING: JLL secures $15.8 million for 78-unit Florida BTR. JLL has secured a construction loan for a 78-unit BTR in Fort Pierce, Florida. Max La Cava, Pier Barinci, and Abbie Kushner of JLL arranged the financing.

DEVELOPMENT: Alpha Residential plans 52-townhome community. Alpha Residential is advancing its plans for Apex Diamond Ridge, a 352-unit multifamily development in Moonship Township, Pennsylvania, blending apartments and BTR townhomes. This marks the firm’s second multifamily project in the Pittsburgh suburbs as it seeks to expand its presence in the region. Apex Diamond Ridge will consist of 300 apartments and 52 townhomes, with the first townhome deliveries expected in summer 2026 and full project completion slated for spring 2027.

DEVELOPMENT: BBL breaks ground on 288 units in San Marcos, Texas. BBL has begun construction on The Village at Centerpoint Station, a 288-unit BTR community. The community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
