DISPOSITION: Eastdil Secured arranges sale of 82 units. Eastdil Secured has arranged the sale of Echelon at Reverchon Bluffs, an 82-unit BTR community in Texas. Eastdil’s Miles Theodore, Randy Evans, Carissa Maines, Alec Selnes, Lainey Giles, Chris Campbell, Daniel Allman and Catherine Reinecker handled the sale.

DISPOSITION: S.R. Jacobson and Lormax Stern sell 294 units. S.R. Jacobon and Lormax Stern have sold Orland Ridge Towns & Villas, a 294 unit BTR in Illinois. The community sold for $102,000,000 (346,938/unit) to RPM Living. JLL’s Mark Stern and Zach Kaufman handled the transaction.

DEVELOPMENT: Parkland Residential opens 124-unit community. Parkland Residential has officially opened Morgan Park, a new rental community in Fayetteville, Georgia. Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities, said the city supported the project as a way to diversify Fayetteville’s housing options, while Brett Forney, managing partner at Prim Properties, said strong early leasing reflects demand for well-located, high-quality rental homes.

DEVELOPMENT: Center Park Group and Saxum advance 106-home BTR community. Center Park Group has started land development at 5115 Auburn Church Road, a new BTR community in Garner, North Carolina. Horizontal construction began in July 2025, with vertical construction expected in spring 2026 and phased openings planned for the third or fourth quarter of 2026. Center Park Group is partnering with Saxum Real Estate Partners on the project, with Jason Esposito, president of Center Park Group, saying the community is designed for operational efficiency, long-term performance, and resident appeal in a fast-growing market. Daniel Servidio, development manager at Saxum Real Estate Partners, said the project marks the debut of Saxum’s BTR strategy and reflects the firm’s broader housing pipeline.
