DEVELOPMENT: ResiHome reaches full lease-up at Florida BTR. ResiHome has announced that North Island Villas has reached 100% leased occupancy. The company credited the achievement to its leasing and operations teams, highlighting their role in driving resident demand and supporting the success of the property.

FINANCING: CREED secures $34 million financing for Austin-area BTR. CREED has arranged $34 million in financing for a BTR townhome development in the Austin, Texas MSA. According to the company, the financing was secured after an experienced sponsor faced challenges sourcing capital through traditional lending channels.

DEVELOPMENT: B3 Companies plans BTR in Illinois. B3 Companies has announced plans for a new boutique BTR single-family home community in Highwood, Illinois. The development will include 7 newly constructed single-family homes, each featuring 4 bedrooms, with the primary bedroom on the first floor and three additional bedrooms upstairs.

DEVELOPMENT: Center Park Group breaks ground on 114-unit BTR. Center Park Group has broken ground on The Radler Townhomes, a 114-unit BTR townhome community in Summerville, South Carolina. The project is being built for Woodfield Development, with Center Park serving as general contractor for the townhomes and amenities.
