ACQUISITION: Four Corners acquires 180-home BTR in Michigan. Four Corners Development Group has acquired a 180-home BTR community in Livingston County, Michigan. Jason Wisotsky, Founder and CEO of Four Corners Development Group, said the newly constructed community strengthens the company's growing portfolio. Walker & Dunlop, led by Jonathan Zilber, Joel Chetner, and Mackenzie Kerin, arranged the financing for the transaction, while Sean K. Elavia served as legal counsel. Romayh El Jurdi was also recognized for his role in supporting the acquisition.

DEVELOPMENT: Center Park Group completes 86-home Charlotte BTR. Center Park Group has completed One West End, an 86-townhome BTR community in Charlotte, North Carolina, developed in partnership with Gordon Road Capital. Jason Esposito, CEO of Center Park Group, said the project highlights the firm's ability to deliver build-to-rent communities at scale across high-growth Southeast markets. Justin Coulter, co-founder of Gordon Road Capital, said the community reached 92% occupancy less than a year after leasing began, underscoring strong demand as the firm continues pursuing additional build-to-rent developments across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

DEVELOPMENT: Trilogy secures construction financing for 122-unit BTR. Trilogy Investment Company has secured a construction loan for REV3 at Stars Way, a 122-home BTR townhome community in Emerson, Georgia, paving the way for vertical construction. REV3 Homes, Trilogy's homebuilding division, will construct the project, with the first homes expected to deliver in late 2026. Located along the I-75 corridor northwest of Atlanta, the community will feature open-concept floor plans and one-car garages. Jason Joseph, CEO and Managing Partner of Trilogy Investment Company, said the financing marks an important milestone for the firm's Southeast expansion, citing Bartow County's strong population and employment growth as key drivers of demand for high-quality rental housing.

PEOPLE MOVES: Wrightwell appoints Craig Krandel to lead capital markets. Wrightwell has appointed Craig Krandel as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, where he will lead the firm's capital markets strategy, financing initiatives, acquisitions, and investment activity across its residential real estate platform.
