DISPOSITION: CBRE arranges sale of 95 units. CBRE has arranged the sale of Sweetwater Springs, a 95-unit BTR townhome community in Lawrenceville, Georgia. CBRE’s Andrew Burns, Bob Jasperse, and Shea Campbell handled the sale.

DISPOSITION: JLL sells 39-unit BTR community in North Carolina. JLL closed the sale of My Door at Brier Creek, a 39-unit BTR community in Raleigh’s Brier Creek submarket. The Carolinas BTR investment sales team included Casey Sherman, William Martin, and McCullough Campbell.

DEVELOPMENT: Trilogy breaks ground on 73-unit BTR townhome community. Trilogy Investment, in partnership with Provest Partners, closed a construction loan and broke ground on REV3 at Pinnacle Meadows, a 73-unit BTR townhome project in Asheville, North Carolina. The deal marks Trilogy’s first BTR investment in Asheville and its first partnership with Provest, with vertical construction expected to begin in early 2026. Jason Joseph, CEO and Managing Partner of Trilogy, said the project targets Asheville’s supply-constrained rental market. Leasing is expected to start in early Q2 2027, with initial deliveries slated for late Q2 2027.

DEVELOPMENT: Laseter starts vertical construction at Georgia BTR. Laseter General Contracting has begun vertical construction at Avilla Holloway, a BTR community in Stockbridge, Georgia. The project is expected to frame eight units per week, with first deliveries on track for May.
