DEVELOPMENT: ONM Living begins leasing across three communities. ONM Living has launched leasing across three North Texas communities: Cottages at Anna Station (196 homes) in Anna, Cottages at Lake Lavon (268 homes) in Lavon, and Cottages at Deer Creek (378 homes) in Fort Worth. “Our focus is on providing residents with a quality and effortless living experience in sought-after locations,” said Ty Robinson, president of ONM Living.

DEVELOPMENT: NexMetro expands Austin BTR footprint. NexMetro has continued its BTR expansion in Central Texas, delivering Avilla Rio Oaks, a 260-home luxury BTR community in Liberty Hill that opened in early November. The delivery brings NexMetro’s total Austin-area inventory to 634 homes and nearly $198 million invested in the market, according to Jason Flory, managing director of NexMetro’s Austin division.

MANAGEMENT: ResiHome assumes management of four BTR communities in Georgia. ResiHome has taken over property management for four BTR communities developed by Rocklyn Homes in Georgia: North Pointe, Southport Townhomes, Parkway Pointe, and The Hamilton. “We are proud to partner with Rocklyn Homes and to bring our property management experience to these outstanding communities,” said Mentor Sokoli, VP of Property Management at ResiHome. Sal Nappo, EVP – SFR/BTR & Acquisitions at Rocklyn Homes, said the partnership strengthens long-term community performance as Rocklyn continues to invest in BTR development.

AWARD: Cavan Companies founder named IMN “CEO of the Year.” Dave Cavan, founder of Cavan Companies, has been named “CEO of the Year” by IMN as part of its national SFR Industry Awards. The award highlights Cavan’s long-term strategic leadership and his role in building and scaling The Bungalows, the company’s BTR platform. Cavan Companies has operated for more than 50 years and has delivered over 5,000 BTR units in the past decade. Earlier this year, the firm appointed Norm Miller as CEO.
