DISPOSITION: LanCarte brokers 31 acre sale. LanCarte Commercial has brokered the sale of 31 acres in Fort Worth to NexMetro Communities, a leading BTR developer. Fort Worth’s City Council unanimously approved NexMetro’s plans for an Avilla Homes community with approximately 315 single-level, mostly detached cottage-style residences arranged around landscaped courtyards, walking paths and green spaces. “LanCarte Commercial is proud to have facilitated this important transaction,” said Sarah LanCarte, founder and president of LanCarte Commercial.

DEVELOPMENT: LaTerra and Revitate begin delivering first homes at 344-unit BTR. LaTerra and Revitate are set to deliver the first homes at their 344-unit BTR project in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with additional townhomes and single-family detached homes to be delivered through 2026. Once complete, The Charlie ABQ will be the largest BTR community in the city—and the largest residential opportunity zone development in New Mexico.

FUNDRAISING: Aventra Partners launches $2M growth capital initiative. Aventra Partners has launched a $2 million growth capital raise to support development of its technology-driven infrastructure platform for institutional single-family rental and BTR markets. “Our objective is to build infrastructure that can support institutional decision-making at scale,” said Anthony Skaria, managing partner and founder of Aventra Partners.

PEOPLE MOVES: Chapco Design appoints new operations manager. Chapco Design has named Mandy Kronawitter as its new operations manager. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she will oversee daily accounting, estimating and bidding functions. “Mandy’s expertise in project management and cost accounting will play a key role in driving our next chapter of growth,” said Jay Kiger, president of Chapco Design Build.
