DEVELOPMENT: Trilogy closes development deal with 219-acre community in Georgia. Trilogy Investment Company has closed on a 219-acre MPC in Statesboro, Georgia, through a joint venture with landowner RLB Squared. Diversified Investment Group, led by Jeff Levitan, participated as a co-investment partner. Jason Joseph, CEO and managing partner of Trilogy, said the project represents a major milestone for the company and marks its entry into student housing and multifamily, while Geoff Block, principal of RLB Squared, said the partnership combines the landowner’s long-term vision with Trilogy’s integrated development platform.

DEVELOPMENT: BBL completes 121-home rental home community in Texas. BBL Building Company has completed a 121-home townhome-for-rent community in Corinth, Texas, formerly known as Greenway Trails. The development includes amenities such as a swimming pool with cabana, dog park, and courtyard spaces designed to encourage resident interaction and community.

DEVELOPMENT: Center Park Group nears completion of 68-home BTR. Center Park Group is nearing completion on 68 BTR townhomes at a new community in Navassa, North Carolina, for owner Maymont Homes. The project will add professionally managed rental housing to one of coastal North Carolina’s fastest-growing regions, where population growth continues to support demand for homes that combine convenience with quality of life.

MARKET: JCCG earns environmental responsibility certification. Jim Chapman Construction Group has been named a Certified Environmentally Responsible Contractor, recognizing its commitment to pollution prevention, environmental risk management, and responsible construction practices. Chris Mancuso, president of JCCG, said the certification reflects the company’s focus on protecting employees, trade partners, residents, and the environments where it builds through education and accountability.
